Ordering & Shipping:
Q: What are your order cut-off times?
A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer standard ground shipping as well as expedited options. We ship from strategically located distribution centers to ensure fast delivery across all 50 states.
Q: Do you have minimum order requirements?
A: We strive to be flexible. Minimum order requirements vary by product category — contact your sales representative for details. The mimimum order for FREE Ground Shipping is $200.

Q: What types of products do you carry?
A: We offer a wide range including generic Rx, OTC pharmaceuticals, short date opportunities, diabetic supplies, respiratory products, wound care, blood pressure monitors, and specialized items tailored for Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury pharmacies.
Q: Do you carry high-margin items?
A: Yes. Our team actively identifies and recommends high-margin products to help boost your profitability. We call these MVP items (Most Valued Product).
Q: Can you help me with inventory management for WC/PI pharmacies?
A: Absolutely. Our specially trained sales team works with WC and PI pharmacies to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and focus on the most profitable items for your patient population.

Q: Are you DSCSA compliant?
A: Yes. Matrix Distributors is fully DSCSA compliant, ensuring complete traceability and security throughout the supply chain.
Q: In which states are you licensed?
A: We are authorized to ship OTC products to all 50 states and maintain active licenses for prescription products in numerous states. Contact us for the most current list or check the About Us page.

Q: How do I become a new customer?

Q: What if I have a question outside of business hours?

Returns & Billing:
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We accept returns under certain conditions. Please contact your sales representative or customer service for return authorization and instructions. We do not accept returns on refrigerated items, short dated items or special ordered items.
